First things first—we’ll hop on a quick video call to say hello and see if we’re a good fit. We’ll chat about your goals, your vision, and what you’re dreaming of for your brand. Then we’ll knock out the not-so-fun-but-important stuff (agreement + deposit). Once that’s done, I'll send you a welcome package with all the details—timeline, payments, and what to expect.

Here’s the fun part—I’ll have you create a Pinterest inspo board. Pin anything that feels right: photos, textures, colours, fonts, even random stuff that just vibes. I’ll take everything and put it into a creative direction guide with a mood board and colour palette for you to review.

Now the magic happens. I’ll design a batch of logo concepts and send them your way. You’ll give me your thoughts, and we’ll refine together—up to 2 rounds—until your brand feels spot on. I pay close attention to your feedback to make sure every revision gets us closer to perfect.

Once the final design is approved and the last payment is squared away, I’ll package everything up—logos, variations, brand assets, and a style guide—ready for print and web. All your shiny new files will be sent via WeTransfer. To wrap things up, I’ll send a quick feedback form so I can keep making the process even better.
